A Journal for Wives Who Dare to Love Well

Record
of Right

A faith-rooted journaling practice that trains your heart to notice, celebrate, and speak life over your husband—and transforms your marriage from the inside out.

"Love keeps no record of wrongs." — 1 Corinthians 13:5

The Story Behind This Journal

It started with a simple challenge:
Write down one thing your husband does right.

Within a community of Christian women, a sister issued a quiet but powerful charge: write down the good things your husband does, because on the hard days, you'll need something to hold on to.

At first, it seemed simple — even unnecessary. But once the practice began, something unexpected happened. The Holy Spirit revealed pride hidden in plain sight. Writing down something admirable came with an immediate urge to discredit it. Criticism had become more natural than commendation.

Then the reminder came: "Love keeps no record of wrongs" (1 Corinthians 13:5). And a practice was born — named Record of Right. A dedicated discipline to align the heart with God's definition of love.

The fruit was real. Humility. Gratitude. Compassion. Honor. A marriage reshaped — not by changing him, but by inviting God to change her heart first. This journal was created to support that same transformation in you.

The Sacred Rhythm

Three Practices. One Transformed Heart.

Each week follows the same sacred rhythm, designed by the Holy Spirit to train your eyes, shape your heart, and move your love from the page into real life.

Record

Each day, write down one thing you observe your husband doing right. Train your eyes to find the good — even in the ordinary, everyday moments.

Reflect

At any point during the week, document what God is teaching you about yourself, your marriage, or your husband. Let His voice shape your heart posture.

Respect

Once a week, choose one “Record” entry and verbally express clear, direct appreciation to your husband. Move your gratitude from the page into spoken affirmation.

"Read humbly. Pray earnestly. Notice intentionally. Write honestly. Speak life consistently."
"Love confidently."

Rooted in Scripture

Guiding Scriptures for the Journey

"Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful."

Colossians 4:2

"God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them."

1 John 4:16

"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans."

Proverbs 16:3

Accountability is a powerful and often overlooked tool in marriage. This community exists so no wife has to walk this journey alone.

Marriage was God's original idea. Pursuing it while leaning on His wisdom, in community with other women doing the same, is the most powerful thing you can do.
